His background spans strategy, operations, legal coordination, HR, project management, and real estate-related work across complex multi-entity businesses. At Tenva, his role is to make sure owners get clear communication, disciplined management, and a company that treats the property like an asset.

Carlos leads Tenva Properties' field operations, maintenance coordination, make-readies, vendor relationships, inspections, and remodel-related execution. With hands-on construction and remodeling experience, Carlos brings the practical property knowledge that many management companies outsource.
